With my background in Sports & Science, MMA, strength training, and national-level sports experience, I combine scientific training methods with practical athletic experience to create effective and engaging sessions.
My teaching method is based on understanding each student’s fitness level, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. I believe every athlete and client is different, so I adjust training intensity, techniques, and progression individually. I focus on proper form, injury prevention, conditioning, strength development, endurance, mobility, and mental toughness.

My lesson dynamics are energetic, motivating, and performance-oriented. I like to create an environment where students feel challenged but also supported. I push my clients to improve consistently while maintaining safe and professional training standards. I also explain the purpose behind exercises so students understand how training improves their body and performance.
My training experience comes from years of involvement in fitness and competitive sports. I have experience in gym training, bodyweight training, wrestling, boxing, MMA preparation, and sports conditioning. As a national-level Kabaddi athlete and active MMA fighter, I understand how professional athletes train and recover. My academic background in Sports & Science also helps me apply modern training principles effectively.
My goal as a coach is not only to help people become physically stronger, but also more disciplined, confident, and mentally resilient.
