I am a national-level Kabaddi athlete, an MMA fighter, and a fitness coach with academic knowledge in Sports & Science.
My passion for sports, discipline, and physical performance has shaped both my personality and career goals.
I have experience in strength and conditioning, bodyweight training, athlete development, and sports-specific fitness. Along with my practical training experience in MMA, wrestling, boxing, and Kabaddi, I also understand the scientific side of coaching, including exercise techniques, recovery, motivation, and performance improvement.
I am highly dedicated, hardworking, and goal-oriented. I enjoy helping people improve their fitness, confidence, and overall lifestyle through proper guidance and training. My aim is not only to become a successful professional athlete but also to inspire and motivate others through coaching and fitness.
