Exercise Physiologist/trainer specializes in biomechanics for walking, daily living and sports, Seniors to kids

My degree is in Exercise Science and Physical Education with a teaching and medical background. I spent 5 years working in outpatient physical therapy leading exercise recovery for all types of injuries, surgeries and conditions like MS and stroke recovery. I spent an additional 11 years working with Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab patients as well as amateur athletes. I have worked with weight management/weight loss programs, Osteoporosis programs and spent 5 years as a PE teacher and coach. I am new to Germany and train people at their home or at parks like Marine Park and Stadt Park or other local outdoor places.

I will work with you individually or with a partner or small group. I can train you and your friends in sports such as golf and tennis or running, triathlons, and other sports. I have knowledge and skills to improve walking and running gait and can work to help improve posture and biomechanics.
