I have over five years of experience in the fitness and athletic performance industry, having been involved in both fields since before I even began my studies. I am a specialist in biomechanics as it applies to strength training and sports performance. All these experiences were extremely important in determining the path I would follow, and since then I have dedicated myself to specializing in the world of Strength Training and Physical Conditioning. Having the technical, intellectual, emotional and practical background has always been my priority, so that I would be fully able to provide the best training for each person, always respecting their individualities. I'm a very dedicated, hard-working, open-minded person, with a thirst for learning and very adaptable.
