My name is Sabrina Sawall, and I am 29 years old with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am a certified yoga instructor and sound therapist and provide yoga instruction for students of all ages.
My teaching style is patient, calm, and personalized to each student’s individual needs. I teach a dynamic blend of vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, while incorporating breathwork, relaxation techniques, and mindful movement into each session. I tailor every class to the goals, experience level, and comfort of the student.
I specialize in yin and restorative yoga, with a focus on creating supportive and calming environments that help students improve flexibility, reduce stress, build body awareness, and feel more connected and balanced overall. I also incorporate sound healing techniques into sessions when appropriate, using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
