My yoga classes are centered around presence, mindfulness, body awareness, and creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for every student.
I offer personalised sessions for children, teenagers, and adults — both for beginners and for people with previous yoga experience.
Every class is adapted individually to the needs, goals, and physical abilities of the student.
A typical session may include:
• gentle movement and stretching
• breathing techniques (breathwork)
• posture and flexibility training
• relaxation and nervous system regulation
• mindfulness and grounding exercises
• elements of body awareness, creativity, and emotional balance
Because of my background as a professional actress, workshop leader, and movement coach, I place strong emphasis on conscious movement, expression, posture, breath, and inner presence. My teaching style is calm, empathetic, encouraging, and intuitive.
I have many years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults through acting workshops, group classes, holiday programs, and individual coaching sessions. I especially value creating an atmosphere in which students feel comfortable, seen, and supported in their personal growth.
My goal is not only to improve flexibility and strength, but also to help students feel more connected to themselves, calmer, more confident, and more balanced in everyday life.
Classes are possible in both German and English.
