I teach all levels in German and Russian. I also teach English as a second language from Beginners to Advanced - both in the class and online.
I have been teaching students from all walks of life, all levels and abilities, from young children to pensioners, who wanted to learn from scratch or maintain a certain level of speaking to be able to communicate in business or tourism, studies or simply to have fun maintaining a certain level of the relevant language.
I enjoyed teaching students in Southend adult community college before Covid, since it was a mutual beneficial process of teaching and learning , exchanging of different experiences, skills, sharing stories, doing creative writing , singing songs to learn grammar in a fun way, describing pictures to use a variety of adjectives and adverbs, using a special software for games like “ who wants to be a millionaire “ or “ Triptico” to expand vocabulary and increase linguistic confidence.
I also teach German and Russian History and Literature on demand.
I am very proud of my student who started learning Russian from scratch and became a student of Cambridge University !
I am proud of all my students who I helped to achieved their personal goals in learning languages, developing all 4 linguistic skills : listening, reading, writing and especially speaking , focusing on personal goals and achievements, success and confidence while learning.
