I have been practicing yoga and movement for three decades. Over the years, I’ve moved through different forms - from the precision of ashtanga and vinyasa to the spaciousness of free-form and somatic practices. My work brings together yoga and somatic awareness to support embodied inquiry and connection. Certified in Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga (Zen Yoga Berlin, 2018) and Transformative Dance Facilitation (2023) I share these tools in yoga and free form movement classes.
