Hello, I’m Lisa—a communication skills trainer and former medical doctor. For more than 10 years, I’ve delivered advanced communication, leadership and soft skills training to managers, healthcare professionals and postgraduate learners. I design practical, engaging online sessions tailored to your goals and experience. In individual or small-group sessions, we use realistic scenarios, role-play and structured feedback so that you can practise new approaches in a supportive environment. Sessions may focus on giving feedback to colleagues, managing underperformance, negotiation, conflict management and difficult conversations. You are welcome to bring a real workplace situation to the session so that we can explore practical approaches you can use immediately. We begin with your goals and, if you wish, a real workplace situation you are facing. Through structured discussion, realistic scenarios and role-play, we explore different approaches and practise techniques you can use immediately. You will receive clear, supportive feedback throughout.
