As a communication trainer, my core teaching methods are designed to help people master key skills: for public speaking, I use structured storytelling to make talks engaging, teach non-verbal cues like posture and eye contact, and practice adjusting voice tone and volume to connect with audiences. For everyday conversations, I focus on active listening (paraphrasing what others say to show you get it), reading emotional cues to respond with care, and speaking clearly and assertively. To build persuasive skills, I use guided question-based dialogue to help people think through their ideas logically, and teach them to research their audience to tailor their message. Finally, I use hands-on practice: having students record their own speeches, give and get constructive feedback from peers, and test their skills in real situations like work meetings.
