My sessions feel more like a good conversation than a class. I don’t lecture for an hour. I bring a short piece of input, a tool or a way of looking at things, and then we spend most of the time using it on your own situation.
A typical session starts with a check-in. What happened since we last met, what worked, what didn’t. Then we pick the one thing that matters most this week. Maybe it’s a feedback conversation you’ve been dreading, a new team that isn’t gelling, or a meeting where the same two people always talk. We work through it together, and often we practise it. I play your colleague, you try different ways of saying it, and we look at what lands. That part is usually where people grow the most.
Before the end, you choose one small thing to try at work. Next time we start there.
The topics I work on most are leadership, communication, giving and receiving feedback, difficult conversations, and building trust in a team so people feel safe to speak up. I adapt everything to your industry, your level and your culture. Someone leading their first team needs something very different from an experienced director.
I’ve been doing this kind of work for 18 years. I started by designing and delivering leadership training for young leaders across Europe and Latin America, and later trained other trainers too. I’ve delivered more than 1,000 hours of training and worked with over 11,000 people, online and in person. I also hold a certification in online facilitation, so online sessions feel personal and alive, not like another video call.
I’m happy to work one-to-one or with a whole team.
