I’m a software developer and IT support specialist, but honestly, most of what I do comes down to translating confusing things into something that actually makes sense. Whether I’m debugging code, cleaning up a messy dataset, or walking someone through a tech issue, I tend to approach it with the same patience I’d want if the roles were reversed. There’s no one-size-fits-all method—someone struggling with algebra needs a totally different approach than someone learning practical computer skills or cramming for an exam.
