Mini job (m/f/d) advanced certificate in English (cae) c1 private teacher in Regensburg

Teaching English has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done. Over the past year, I’ve worked with students from 4th Grade to 10th Grade, and that experience - along with my C1 certification in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)- is what brings me to apply for this role.
My background is in engineering - I completed my Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Electrical and Microsystem Engineering at OTH Regensburg. That might sound like an unlikely path to teaching English, but it’s taught me how to break down difficult concepts and explain them in ways that actually make sense to people. I bring that same clarity into my classrooms.
Working with students across such a wide age range - from 4th Grade all the way to 10th Grade - has taught me to read a room quickly and adjust my approach to suit each learner. Some students need encouragement before they need correction. Others thrive with structure. I’ve learned to tell the difference, and I genuinely enjoy the process of watching a student go from hesitant to confident.
