My lessons are child-centered, engaging, and adapted to each child's developmental stage, learning pace, and individual needs. I believe children learn best through meaningful experiences, so I use play-based learning, storytelling, songs, movement, sensory exploration, and hands-on activities to develop language, cognitive, social-emotional, and motor skills.

A typical lesson begins with a warm-up to build confidence and engagement, followed by guided activities that encourage communication, creativity, and problem-solving. I incorporate Montessori-inspired materials and positive reinforcement to promote independence while maintaining clear routines and a supportive classroom environment. I continuously observe children's progress and adjust my teaching strategies to ensure every learner is actively involved.

I have over five years of experience teaching toddlers and young learners in non-formal education. In addition to classroom teaching, I have held academic leadership positions where I coached teachers, conducted classroom observations, reviewed lesson plans, and ensured curriculum quality across multiple learning centers. I also work closely with parents by providing regular feedback and discussing children's development to create consistent support between home and school.
