Dr. Cindy R. Ylagan is a seasoned Psychology educator, researcher, and academic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education. She currently serves as a Psychology Program Chair, providing strategic leadership in curriculum development, faculty supervision, program accreditation, student affairs, and quality assurance. She is committed to advancing excellence in psychology education through innovative teaching, evidence-based research, and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Psychology major in Social Psychology, and a Doctor of Management major in Human Resources Management. Throughout her career, she has taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate psychology courses, mentored aspiring psychologists, supervised research, and contributed to institutional development through academic planning and internationalization initiatives.
