Alesia Zoto

As a Psychology graduate, I am passionate about helping students understand psychological concepts and develop confidence in their learning. My lessons are designed to be friendly, structured, and adapted to each student's individual needs, current knowledge, and learning goals.

I believe that learning is most effective when complex ideas are explained clearly and connected to practical, everyday examples. During lessons, we can review important theories, clarify difficult concepts, discuss psychological topics, develop critical thinking, and prepare for exams. I encourage students to ask questions, express their ideas, and actively participate rather than simply memorize information.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and flexible. I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a comfortable environment where students can learn at their own pace without feeling judged or overwhelmed. Lessons can be organized around specific topics the student finds challenging or follow a structured plan based on their academic objectives.

As I begin my teaching journey, I am motivated to share my academic knowledge, continue learning, and help students achieve their goals. I value clear communication, organization, and adapting explanations to make information easier to understand and remember.

I offer lessons in **English and Albanian only**. Students can choose whichever of these two languages they feel most comfortable using. I do not provide lessons in German or other languages.

My goal is to make psychology more accessible, engaging, and understandable while helping each student build knowledge and confidence step by step.
