Lorinda Hanna

Hi, I’m Lorinda, a psychology graduate with a Dual First Class Honours B.A. in Basic and Applied Psychology. I’m starting a Master’s in Business Psychology at Heriot-Watt University in January 2027. I also hold a 150-hour TEFL teaching certificate and have taught one-to-one and group sessions as an English Language Instructor and university Teaching Assistant.

How my lessons work:
In our first session, we talk about your goals, your course or syllabus, and where you feel stuck. I then plan each lesson around you, whether that’s preparing for an exam, understanding a difficult theory, writing an essay or getting through statistics.

I break complex topics into clear steps and use real-life examples so the theory makes sense. I also check your understanding with questions as we go. You get short summaries or practice tasks to keep, and we track your progress so you always know how you’re improving.

Subjects I can help with:
Introduction to Psychology, cognitive, biological, developmental, social, clinical, educational and forensic psychology, research methods, statistics and SPSS, and academic writing, and many more

Who I teach: school pupils (including IB), university students and adult learners.
Where: online, or in person in the Munich and Augsburg area.
Languages: English and Arabic.
