I am Celal, I am 36 years old and living in Vienna. I am working as a food technologist here. I have a masters degree on Nutrition, with a solid research and lecturing background. I can help you with online sessions of nutrition related topics in general. Eg. meal timing, macronutrients, nutrition essentials for sports, safety of supplementations for athletes.
