I inspire my students so much so that they too would like to become English teachers :)

After greeting the students I like to jump straight into it. I tell them what we are going to study, why and how. By doing this, the students on fully on board and trust in me to do a great job for them. I make it easy for them so the lesson is enjoyable and everyone is happy to attend. For students who already know English quite well but are reluctant to speak, well, I bring that out of them within three weeks.
