Math tutor who makes numbers feel less scary

I am a civil engineer and a master’s student in Geoengineering at Aalto University. As an engineering student, I know that math can feel scary at first. Many children lose confidence because numbers look difficult, not because they cannot learn. My lessons are calm, simple, and step by step. I first check what the child finds hard. Then I explain the topic with easy examples, colours, small drawings, and practice questions. For younger children, I also use simple games and visual methods to make learning less boring. I can help with basic math, homework, school exercises, and building confidence. My aim is to make children feel that math is not something to fear, but something they can understand with the right support.
