My coaching is centred around helping you build a healthier, stronger and more balanced lifestyle in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, returning to exercise after a break, looking to reduce stress, or wanting to improve your overall wellbeing, I'll tailor each session to your individual goals, fitness level and preferences.
As a BSc Medical Sciences graduate, certified yoga teacher and transformational coach, I take a holistic approach that goes beyond exercise alone. Our sessions may include strength and mobility work, yoga, flexibility, breathwork, stress management, mindfulness and practical strategies to help you create lasting healthy habits.
My goal is to provide a supportive, encouraging environment where you feel motivated, confident and empowered to make meaningful progress at your own pace. Every session is personalised, and together we'll celebrate your achievements while building a healthier, more resilient version of you.
