Drawing on my background as a BSc Medical Sciences graduate, yoga teacher and transformational coach, I combine movement with education, helping you understand not only *what* to do, but *why* it benefits your body and overall wellbeing. My sessions may include functional fitness, yoga, mobility, breathwork, mindfulness and practical lifestyle guidance to support long-term health.
I have experience teaching individuals, groups and corporate wellness sessions, creating a positive, encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable, motivated and supported. My focus is on building sustainable habits, celebrating progress and helping you develop the confidence to maintain a healthy lifestyle long after our sessions together.
