ICT engineer teaches math in both curriculum American and British from grade 4-12

Before we start I prepare some exercises (on each idea multi examples I try to solve and explain the idea and steps two three times while I'm solving then I let the student to try and watch him without interfering until he finishes then I ask him to explain step by step and correct him if there is any mistake)
