How does my teaching looks like?

My teaching style is student-centered, interactive, and highly adaptive. I don’t just deliver a lecture; I facilitate a learning journey where the student is the active participant.

Here is a description of my approach across four key areas:

1. Teaching Methods: The 'Practical Communication' Approach I utilize the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method. Instead of focusing solely on rote memorization of grammar rules, I focus on how those rules are used in real-life scenarios. Drawing from my 'Train the Young Trainer' certification, I use 'Scaffolding', I provide the support a student needs to reach a new concept, then gradually remove that support as they gain independence.

2. Content: Creative and Customized. I have experience developing creative English content for Master Trainers, and I apply that same creativity to my lessons. I use:

Visual Storytelling: To make vocabulary stick.

Real-world materials: Such as English songs, short stories, or age-appropriate news to keep the content relevant.

Confidence Building: I integrate specific exercises designed to reduce the fear of making mistakes, which is often the biggest barrier for English learners.

3. Teaching Dynamics: High Energy and Inclusive. My lessons are dynamic and fast-paced to match the energy levels of primary students. I use a '10-20-30' structure:

10 minutes of a fun warm-up to 'unlock' their English brain.

20 minutes of introducing a core concept.

30 minutes of active practice (role-play, games, or creative writing). I maintain a collaborative environment where the student feels like a partner in their own success rather than just a pupil.

4. Teaching Experience: Proven Impact. I bring over 6 years of combined educational experience, including:

3 years of dedicated home tutoring, where I helped primary students significantly improve their school grades and verbal fluency. My time as a STEM Instructor taught me how to explain complex logic in simple, engaging ways. Moreover, my current journey learning German, which gives me 'fresh' empathy for my students. I understand the challenges of a new language firsthand, allowing me to be more patient and effective as a guide.
