With over 8 years of experience in kindergartens and more than 6 years working with middle and high school students, I bring a well-rounded and adaptable approach to education. I have been living and working in Shanghai for the past 23 years, where I’ve developed a strong professional track record in every role I’ve held.

My expertise includes inclusive classroom design, and I have hands-on experience supporting students with neurological diversity, ensuring that every learner feels valued and empowered to succeed. I am passionate about creating welcoming, student-centered environments that foster both academic growth and emotional well-being.
