I am an English teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching English in the classroom and private lessons. My career begins in Melbourne, Australia as a primary teacher and also to children of Greek descent attending community schools.
I have been teaching English to students of Greek background as their second language, and it has been especially rewarding to see their development in the language for academic, professional purposes, as well as for personal growth.
My rapport and excellent communication with my students has made our learning journey an amazing and successful one. I focus on all aspects of the English language, speaking and writing as a reflection of the knowledge in the language. My passion for working with young people equips me with patience and drive to impart to them another powerful medium in enriching their mind and soul, that of another language . A teacher's humour and understanding, flexibility , but also firmness and demand in what is expected of her students are qualifications that has allowed me to function successfully with my range of personalities all these years.
