I use psychology-based techniques to strengthen confidence, manage stress, and overcome procrastination. Each session includes practical tools and small action steps that students can apply immediately.
I also track progress regularly and adjust the approach to ensure continuous improvement. My goal is to create a safe and encouraging space where students feel understood, motivated, and capable of reaching their full potential.
