In the classroom, I place strong emphasis on rapport and confidence-building. I want students to feel comfortable expressing themselves in English, so I create a supportive atmosphere where mistakes are seen as part of growth. I also encourage active discussions, debates, and project-based learning, because these not only improve language skills but also develop critical thinking.
