English Teacher as a Second language for teenagers and adults

I am an English as a Second Language teacher with over eight years of professional experience working in private language institutes, teaching children, teenagers, and adults. Throughout my career, I have delivered both online lessons for adolescents and adults, as well as private face-to-face sessions tailored to individual learning goals. My approach is student-centered, adaptive, and goal-oriented, allowing learners to develop practical skills in a supportive and structured environment.

I began my teaching journey working with children between the ages of six and nine. Although I truly enjoyed this stage, I gradually discovered that I felt more motivated teaching students who bring clear questions, goals, and personal interests to the classroom, where I can be continuously challenged as an educator. This experience allowed me to refine a communicative and interactive teaching style that encourages autonomy and meaningful communication.

My teaching methodology is primarily communicative, aiming to develop students’ confidence and fluency in real-life contexts, while maintaining a strong focus on grammatical accuracy and language structure. Lessons are carefully adapted to each student’s needs, level, and objectives, creating a personalized and supportive learning environment. I combine structured content with dynamic activities that promote active participation, critical thinking, and consistent progress.

In addition, traveling and connecting with people through language has been a fundamental part of my personal and professional growth. These experiences have strengthened my perspective of English as a powerful tool for communication, cultural exchange, and problem-solving in global contexts. My goal is to provide engaging, effective lessons that help students build confidence and achieve long-term improvement in English.
