Native English speaker offers English lessons for all levels in Berlin — online or in person

My lessons are conversational, practical, and tailored to each student's goals — I don't believe in rigid, textbook-driven sessions where you spend an hour filling in blanks. Instead, I focus on real, usable English: the kind you actually need in everyday situations, at work, or when travelling.
Having lived and worked across Ireland, Germany, and beyond, I've spent years communicating with people from enormously different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. That experience has made me instinctively adaptable — I know how to adjust my pace, vocabulary, and approach depending on who I'm working with and where they're starting from.

My background in Marketing — I hold a degree in Marketing Practice from the National College of Ireland — means I think carefully about how to communicate ideas clearly and memorably. That same principle applies in the classroom: I want things to stick, not just be understood in the moment.
My teaching style is casual but intensive. Sessions feel like a conversation rather than a lecture, but we cover a lot of ground. I push students to speak, make mistakes, and build real confidence rather than just theoretical knowledge. I incorporate vocabulary building, pronunciation, grammar in context, and plenty of open discussion — adapting the balance depending on what each student needs most.
