I am a certified Leadership and Career Transition Coach, educator, researcher, and former CEO, with an international career spanning behavioral research, talent development, business strategy, and organizational leadership. With a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, I combine academic rigor, executive experience, data-driven insight, and a human-centered coaching approach to help people and organizations grow, adapt, and create meaningful impact.
