I am a professional coach with more than ten years of experience supporting students, professionals, and leaders in their personal and professional development. I bring a strong background in multinational environments, having worked in global companies such as EY (Ernst & Young) and Accenture, where I coached leaders, supported teams, and facilitated meaningful growth and change.
My teaching and coaching style is grounded in non-directivity: I use questions, guided reflection, and practical exercises to help each person gain clarity, identify their strengths, and move forward with confidence. I work with simple and effective dynamics such as self-awareness exercises, real-case discussions, conversational practice, and concrete action plans.
In every session, I create a safe, respectful, and motivating space. I adapt to each person’s level, pace, and goals — from students who want to improve their organization, confidence, or communication skills, to leaders who aim to strengthen their leadership style, emotional management, or team impact.
My background in Human Resources, leadership coaching, and performance development allows me to integrate theory, practice, and real workplace tools. My goal is for every session to bring clarity, learning, and actionable steps that help people move forward.
