Teaching methods. I teach the way adults actually learn – through relevance, participation, and practice rather than lecture. I use short, focused inputs followed by discussion, real workplace scenarios, role-plays, and small-group exercises. I lean heavily on the participants' own experiences, so the room becomes a shared source of insight rather than a one-way presentation.

Content. My sessions center on practical, immediately usable skills – leadership, communication, negotiation, team management, productivity, and personal effectiveness. I ground every concept in real examples and give people a simple framework they can apply the next day, instead of abstract theory.

Lesson dynamics. Sessions are interactive and high-energy but clearly structured. I open by connecting the topic to what people face at work, move through guided practice with immediate feedback, and close with reflection and concrete next steps. I read the room constantly and adjust pace, depth, and examples to the group's level and the company's goals – live online sessions especially need that responsiveness to stay engaging.

Teaching experience. I've taught and facilitated for over a decade. As an Associate Professor at Arden University, I design and deliver courses in leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship to 200+ students a year; as a coach, I've guided 100+ professionals through career and leadership transitions; and through my own practice, I facilitate workshops and 1:1 coaching for founders and leaders. I'm also a certified presenter and a public-speaking award winner, so holding a room – online or in person – is where I feel most at home.
