French and English tutor for adults - speaking, reading, writing and comprehension

Hello! My name is Lucy and I am half French, half British. I am fluent in both languages, and have gained private teaching experience during my time in London. For about two years, I private tutored French to adults, to strengthen their reading, writing, comprehension and speaking skills. We followed informal curriculum and met weekly. The way I process is to first understand your needs, your strong points and where you would need support. I would then come up with a learning plan, with you, and propose appropriate material in accordance to your needs. I remain flexible and adaptable, so this plan can change as we progress together. I show strong active listening skills. I truly care about education, coming from a teaching household myself. I strongly believe in the value of education and am passionate about helping individuals strengthening their language skills. Coming from a bilingual background, I understand the value of speaking multiple languages, in terms of collaboration and respect, and would love to be a part of this mission.
