With a holistic approach, I weave together complementary techniques derived from my training in Integrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, as well as Somatic Experiencing® to support individuals to:
- develop self-awareness and interoception
- get to know themselves better and befriend their bodies
- navigate relational difficulties
- manage stress and restore nervous system regulation
I use practical, evidence-based tools to work with emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and belief systems, enabling clients to develop more effective coping strategies. The body and felt sense are included, to turn insight into real, lasting change.
