With a holistic approach, I weave together complementary modalities to support individuals in creating lasting change on their journey toward a fuller, more embodied life. I see the body and our felt sense as indispensable in bridging the gap between insight and sustainable transformation. Without grounding awareness in embodied experience in an between sessions, insights often remain abstract and unactionable. Similarly, body work that ignores the psyche risks treating the physical symptoms without resolving underlying cognitive or emotional causes.
Over the years, I found Integrative psychology and therapy to provide the foundation for exploring relational patterns, attachment, conflicts, and identity, in a containing therapeutic space. My post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies offered practical tools for working with thoughts, behaviors, and belief systems within a structured, evidence-based framework. These techniques empower clients to identify unhelpful patterns, build more adaptive coping strategies, and make new choices that honor their values and core beliefs. Somatic Experiencing® supports therapeutic work with a gentle body-oriented model, helping clients to process marks of stress and trauma through safe, effective nervous system regulation.
Together, these approaches have allowed me to guide clients experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, internal and external conflicts, anxiety, stress, fatigue and manage associated psychosomatic symptoms. Counselling is tailored to the individual with their unique challenges and resources.?
