Dear Sir or Madam, I applied for the craft worshops. So when I do those workshops I teach in two ways. The one I did in the past for adults were more teaching a different activity for each person on the group. They came with a project or ideas, and I showed them all the steps to realise their project. If it is for children I prepare something, but most of the time I like to encourage the creativity, as for the adults, so I allow them to create what they want with a specific substance (clay, wood, paper for a drawing). If they need technics, I show them how to do it. On the other hand, for beginners I prefer to bring a project that we all do together. For exemple it could be a bowl in ceramic with the throwing technic. I show them first, and then everybody is practicing the same technic. And I can explain to the people still struggling with this. These are mainly the two ways of teaching I do. We can say 3 ways if we mix a bit of both teaching during the sessions.
