Hey! I'm Trent, a Research Associate with an International think tank (CIRIS). I have my master's degree in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy. For Geopolitics students, lessons will be built around analyzing theory and case studies. Students are NOT expected to agree with my own personal views. My goal is to help you develop your own views and the reasoning behind them. Essentially, I want you to think like an analyst: understand the key strengths and weaknesses of all arguments in any scenario, and determine which argument best serves your nation's interests. We will also explore how geography shapes strategic decisions, as I feel it is the most important factor in both modern affairs and historical review. For Spanish students, we will either focus on fluency or accuracy based on your needs. We will use my personal Spanish guidebook and website, while focusing on the professional areas of interest and dialect most suited to your personal goals.
