Hello i am Akansha, a psychologist, certified NLP practitioner, mindfulness coach, and mental health professional with 5+ years of experience working with students, young adults, and individuals navigating stress, anxiety, confidence issues, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of moving countries, adapting to new environments, balancing responsibilities, and maintaining mental well-being, I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding into my coaching sessions.
My goal is to create a safe, motivating, and non-judgmental space where students feel heard, understood, and empowered. I focus not only on academic motivation and productivity, but also on emotional resilience, self-confidence, stress management, mindset building, communication skills, and creating healthy routines. My lessons are personalized and interactive, focusing on confidence, stress management, motivation, emotional well-being, productivity, and personal growth through practical exercises, guided conversations, mindfulness, and supportive goal-based coaching.
