Teaching Performance & Lesson Structure
My lessons are practical, structured, and focused on real-life communication. I work primarily with adult learners and design each lesson according to their personal and professional goals.
Each session begins with a short activation phase — light discussion or targeted revision — to immediately engage the student and build speaking confidence. I then introduce the main objective of the lesson (grammar, vocabulary, or functional language) through clear explanations and relevant examples connected to real situations.
I follow a communicative approach: students actively speak throughout the lesson, participate in guided discussions, role-plays, and problem-solving tasks. I correct mistakes constructively and provide immediate, clear feedback to ensure steady improvement.
For adults, I focus on practical English: workplace communication, travel, interviews, negotiations, and everyday conversations. Lessons are structured but flexible, allowing adaptation based on the student’s pace and needs.
My teaching experience includes working with beginner and intermediate adult learners. I prioritize confidence-building, fluency development, and helping students use English naturally rather than memorizing isolated rules.
My goal is to create lessons that are professional, dynamic, and results-oriented. So, I use a combination of PPP (Presentation–Practice–Production) and Task-Based Learning approaches.
I also integrate elements of the ESA (Engage–Study–Activate) model. Each lesson begins with an engaging warm-up to activate prior knowledge and create a comfortable learning atmosphere. Then we move to focused study of the target language, followed by active communication tasks where students use English naturally. My teaching style is supportive but disciplined. Students speak most of the lesson while I guide, refine, and help them build fluency and confidence.
My goal is not only to teach grammar, but to help adults communicate clearly and professionally in real-life situations.
