Second, I introduce the main topic of the lesson (grammar, vocabulary, or functional language) using clear explanations and real-life examples. I avoid overly academic language and focus on practical understanding. I always check comprehension before moving forward.
Third, students practice the new material through guided exercises, role-plays, or structured speaking tasks. For adult learners, I design activities based on realistic situations such as workplace communication, travel, interviews, or daily life conversations.
At the end of the lesson, I provide feedback, highlight common mistakes, and summarize key takeaways. I also assign homework when appropriate to reinforce learning and ensure consistent progress.
My goal is to create lessons that are structured but flexible, professional yet comfortable, and always focused on helping adults build real confidence in speaking English.
