English tutor for different age groups over 10 years old

Dear Sir or Madam, I am Gunay, and I am interested in the English tutor position. I believe in interactive and fun learning where students learn while having social interaction. I believe that the effectiveness of the learning is the teacher-student relationship, where the teacher mirrors her passion for the learning to the students. Especially for English, a customized way of teaching based on students' interests is my way of teaching. Also working with students' motivation, using music, games to learn, and setting goals together with students are some of the components of my teaching style. I have experience of teaching English in Türkiye in a middle school for two months as part of a volunteering project. Also, I have experience as an English conversation club runner in a library in Poland for 10 months, as part of another volunteering project. In each experience, I worked with different age groups; therefore, I improved my teaching skills from this perspective too. Also, not being able to talk in the local language makes my classes more effective, which is the case here too. I believe passion for teaching is also one of the innate features of my personality. I enjoy helping people to learn and improve their skills and explaining things at each person's level. I believe learning must be fun, and I am trying my best to make it.
