I create structured, grounded, and supportive classes that encourage presence and engagement throughout the practice while strengthening the body–mind connection. My approach integrates energising movement with moments of stillness, so students leave sessions feeling refreshed, balanced, and uplifted.
Alongside the physical practice, I bring a subtle contemplative influence rooted in my personal pathway in Tibetan Buddhism.
