I am a certified kundalini yoga teacher. I have experience in many techniques to calm the mind and balance the emotions through body, mind and heart practices. The mindfulness techniques start with some body techniques, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation, Also I offer restorative yoga practices, to restore the body balance and establish calmness after the practice.
