My teaching approach is structured, systematic, and competency-based, with a strong focus on measurable learning outcomes and student progression. Each lesson follows a clear instructional framework: activation of prior knowledge, explicit introduction of learning objectives, guided instruction with concrete examples, supervised practice, and independent application.
I emphasize clarity, discipline, and incremental skill development, ensuring that learners progress from basic understanding to independent language use. Lessons integrate reading comprehension, grammar application, structured writing, and oral communication tasks. Continuous formative assessment is used to monitor learner progress, identify gaps, and provide targeted feedback for improvement.

I have professional teaching experience in English Language instruction at secondary school level, where I taught diverse learners and supported the development of core language competencies including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
In addition, I worked as an instructor at a Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre, where I delivered structured training sessions focused on communication skills, leadership development, discipline, and personal responsibility.
