I am an energetic and committed public primary school teacher in Pakistan with over 11 years of teaching experience. I hold a Ph.D. in Education, master’s degrees in History and Urdu, and a professional B.Ed. degree. My academic and professional background has enabled me to develop strong expertise in teaching, educational research, teacher training, and Early Childhood Care and Education.
I have published several research papers in different areas of education, including ECCE, teaching practices, curriculum, classroom management, and learning improvement. Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I serve as a focal person for ECCE classes and classroom development, where I actively support effective learning environments for young learners.
I am skilled in practical, activity-based, and hands-on teaching methods. My classroom practice focuses on student engagement, conceptual understanding, creativity, and meaningful learning. As both a teacher and researcher, I strongly believe in connecting theory with classroom practice to improve the quality of education.
In addition to my teaching and research work, I have experience as a trainer and have contributed to the professional development of teachers. My diverse academic qualifications, publication record, and practical teaching experience have strengthened my ability to work effectively in educational leadership, teacher training, curriculum development, ECCE, and school improvement initiatives.
