I'm Nora — a Vienna-based educator and development finance practitioner with nine years across international institutions. I coach working professionals in business English: presentations, negotiations, business writing, meetings, interview preparation, and executive-level communication.
My methodology rests on four pillars:
Phonological transfer — how your first language shapes the sounds and rhythms of your English, and where that's costing you clarity or authority.
Rhythm and pacing — the under-recognised driver of how confident, prepared, and senior you sound in any English-language setting.
Body and voice channel — using breath, posture, and vocal placement to project authority rather than translate it.
Authority gap — closing the distance between what you already know and how it lands when you say it in English.
A typical lesson is structured in four phases:
Context anchor — we start with a specific upcoming situation (board presentation, client call, job interview, written proposal) and use it as the diagnostic and practice ground.
Targeted instruction — one or two precise skills addressed per session, calibrated to your level and the demands of the context.
Immediate application — you apply the skill within the session, with structured feedback.
Between-session task — a focused, specific practice assignment that builds toward the upcoming context.
My academic background includes an MSc in Global Management from LSE (Merit) and a BFA from NYU (summa cum laude). I trained in Practical Aesthetics at the Atlantic Theater Company in New York — the methodological foundation of my coaching work. Clients include academic researchers preparing conference presentations and senior executives operating in English-dominant business environments.
