Lee-Ann Niazi

I have been an educator for 22 years as a classroom teacher, a special education teacher, a learning assistance teacher, and a teacher of English as a second language. I have taught all subject areas including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. I use each child's strengths to motivate their learning and encourage them to take responsibility for their own success. I teach through individualized one on one lessons and small group lessons. I incorporate materials that match my students skill levels in order to foster and encourage a sense of accomplishment and achievement. I also incorporate fun and engaging activities into my daily lessons where the students are learning through hands on activities.
