Melike Tamer

My name is Melike Tamer, and I am a highly motivated university graduate with a strong background in International Relations, language instruction, and customer operations. I am multi-lingual, fluently speaking English and Dutch, which allows me to communicate and connect effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My teaching philosophy revolves around creating an engaging, patient, and highly interactive learning environment. I firmly believe that every student has a unique learning pace and style. Therefore, I tailor my lessons using adaptive teaching methods, incorporating visual aids, real-life examples, and structured interactive exercises to ensure that complex topics become easily understandable and enjoyable.
Throughout my professional and academic journey, I have developed excellent communication and team supervision skills. Having experience in language instruction and leadership roles has taught me how to guide individuals patiently, boost their confidence, and help them achieve their goals. Whether it is improving grammar, practicing conversational skills, or boosting overall academic performance, I focus on building a strong foundation and a supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
