My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and adapted specifically for online learning. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals whether they’re preparing for exams like TOEFL or IELTS, improving academic writing, or building conversational fluency.
Online, I use a variety of tools to keep lessons engaging and effective: screen sharing for reading exercises, digital whiteboards for grammar explanations, and interactive documents where students can practice writing in real time. I also incorporate videos, real-life texts, and speaking activities to ensure students stay active and involved throughout the session. I often include games, quizzes, and storytelling exercises to make the learning process more memorable and fun.
My content covers all core English skills speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary balanced according to the student’s needs. I place special emphasis on speaking and writing, since those are often the most challenging for non-native learners. I help students express themselves with clarity, confidence, and correct usage.
Classroom dynamics are very interactive, even in the online setting. I ask open-ended questions, encourage discussion, and create a safe space for students to make mistakes and learn from them. I give consistent feedback and adjust my pace to match the student’s learning speed. I make sure each student feels seen, supported, and challenged in just the right way.
I’ve been teaching English online for the past two years, mostly to international students. Many of them were peers I studied alongside, which gave me a deep understanding of the challenges non-native speakers face. That background helps me connect with students and explain concepts clearly and patiently. My goal is always to make learning both effective and enjoyable even through a screen.
